Making a claim

Making a claim is very easy. You simply need to fill in the appropriate claim form which can be requested from the Xperience Team or can be downloaded from the Online Member Portal

Once you have completed the form, you will need to attach all your original receipts and send all documents to: Xperience Team, 1st Floor, Tower A, 1Cybercity, Ebene

 

Making changes to your insurance

Changes to the level of cover can only be made for short term insurance products at renewal time. For e.g on Xperience Family Health Cover and Xperience Corporate Health Cover.
Such changes will include:

  • Decreasing or increasing the sum insured previously
  • Adding or removing items to be covered
  • Adding or removing dependents to the policy

NB:- Only newly wedded spouse and new born babies (one month from date of event) can be added to the Xperience Family Health Cover and Xperience Corporate Cover during the course of the insurance period.
 

 

Making your payments

Upon signature of documentation prior to the start of your cover, the payment arrangement has already been agreed with you.

Kindly ensure that the agreement is respected so as not to experience any service disruption.

 

 

Making savings with Xperience Loyalty & Rewards

Once you have an Xperience insurance product, you are automatically added to the first level of the programme called Xplore free of charge.

All you will need to do is to show your Xperience Card and a proof of ID at our Xperience Partners to enjoy the benefits.

Also watch out for monthly deals through the Xperience E Newsletter.

 

Making even MORE SAVINGS with Xperience Loyalty & Rewards !!!

Xperience Loyalty & Rewards also offers you the choice to upgrade your level on the programme from Xplore to Xpand or Xcel.

To upgrade, you will be required to submit a fully completed Upgrade Form which is available from the Xperience Team or can be downloaded below.



There will be a small annual upgrade fee attached to the option selected for the family.
